You can't see me but I'm standing behind you
Responding to a brief to produce a public art sculpture in Greenwich to emphasise the localities maritime connections, this piece is inspired by the rigging and sail shapes of the old Thames barges. Mirror polished stainless steel contrasts with powder coated colour to create ever changing visual interest as this work is viewed from different angles. In the day time the blue surface is bright while the polished side reflects its surroundings; at night lighting bounces between the many faces of the angular structure.
