Working with communities within the Low Secure Unit of Merseycare NHS, Liverpool, M+R explored the way in which the minute detail of the living organisms can calm and heal the mind. By using high resolution macro photography to explore elements of nature which are normally unseen, conversations emerged which would otherwise be difficult to voice.
