This suspended and illuminated sculpture incorporates more than 1500 hand made porcelain leaves. It hangs in the vast central atrium of William Perkin CofE School in response to the brief, 'Academy in a forest'. The work represents an indoor poplar tree and explores the relationship between architecture, craft, natural materials and landscape.
